PITTSFIELD, Mass. June 11, 2015—Hillcrest Dental Care has introduced an annual membership plan.

Members of the Smile Savers Discount Plan (The Plan) will pay an annual membership of only $139.95. The benefits of this membership include an initial assessment, one cleaning per membership period, x-rays with cleaning, and up to 25% off the price of all HDC dental services. This represents an immediate $70 savings off of Hillcrest Dental Care’s normal fees for these services, but a substantial savings compared to regional costs. There is immediate eligibility for the plan, no deductible, no claim forms and no pre-authorization requirements.

The Plan is not dental insurance and does not meet the minimum credible coverage requirements under M.G.L. c111M and 956 CMR 5.00. Plan does not make any payments to providers for services received. Plan members are obligated to pay for all discounted services received under the Plan.
